EnIn October the Regional Fair of the Iberian Ham and the Iberian Pig is celebrated in Aracena. The objective is to create an exhibition framework and a forum for meeting and debate around the sector of pig cattle and products derived from Iberian pig, of great importance in our land since time immemorial. All the farmers and producers of the Iberian pig come together at the Cattle Fairgrounds, as well as all lovers of good ham and Iberian pig products. There are many and varied activities that take place: ham cutters contest, raffle of “its weight in ham”, tasting of slaughter products, etc.
