Guidelines and Recommendations

Due to the new situation produced by COVID-19 and the need to adopt recommended protection measures, we inform you of the protocol applicable in our establishment during your stay.

ATTENTION SCHEDULE

  • Arrivals: From 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Arrival after 6:00 p.m., notify previously)
  • Departure time at 11:00. Do not forget to leave the key in the door or inside
  • Reception hours from 11:00 to 18:00

ON YOUR ARRIVAL - Reception

  • Siempre provisto de mascarilla y guardando la distancia de seguridad en check-in/check-out, máximo 2 personas.
  • Pago del servicio a la llegada (Si es en efectivo, lavado de manos con hidrogel)
  • Disponible en recepción gel hidroalcohólico para lavado de manos y papelera de pedal para mascarillas desechables etc.

  • You will have everything you need, breakfast for 2 days in the apartment (self-service), towels, etc. No additional service will be attended. For any specific need, request it during reception hours from 11:00 to 18:00.
  • Put used towels in a gray bag.
Stay of 4+ nights
  • Breakfast and towels replacement every 2 days.
  • Deposit used towels in a gray bag, collected outside the apartment (Door). Clean towels, paper replacement, etc. will be delivered. also bagged.
Stay of 7+ nights
  • Breakfast and towels replacement every 2 days.
  • Deposit used towels and sheets in a gray bag , the day indicated for the change of towels and / or cleaning of the room will be removed by the staff.
  • Cleaning in the middle of the stay , depending on the number of nights we will follow the corresponding guideline.
  • Not staying in the apartment while cleaning, etc.
  • Self-service washer-dryer (additional amount) request during reception hours.
  • Organic waste , deposit in containers located at the entrance to the farm or in the parking lot. Recycling bag yellow and lilac.

COMMON AREAS - Reception, Pool, etc.

  • Attention to posters and signage. I use masks, safety distance, capacity, stay in the glass, etc. You must come provided with towels for the pool.
  • The vigilance and behavior of children in the pool is the responsibility of the parents.
  • Pets are not allowed to stay in the grass area of the pool.
